Louise obtained her degree in Chemical Engineering at Nottingham University. She then spent 4 years working in Process Safety specialising in Dust, Vapour and Gas explosions, with Chilworth Technology and 2 years working for Pirelli Cables before joining Burgoynes in 1999 and transferring to Singapore in 2000.  Louise returned to the London office in 2007.
