For almost forty years, we have served our clients following small incidents involving domestic appliances and in the aftermath of major catastrophes.  Some of the major incidents we have investigated include:

Fires and explosions at Ronan Point (1968), Summerland on the Isle of Man (1973), Flixborough (1974), Stardust Disco in Dublin (1981), York Minster (1984), Putney (1985), Kings Cross (1987), Piper Alpha (1988), Digital (1990), Windsor Castle (1992), Sun Valley Poultry (1993), South Mimms Service Station (1998), Edinburgh Old Town (2002) , the Momart art warehouse (2004), Buncefield   and the Wealmore.

Maritime casualties such as the Mactra (1969), the Scandinavian Star (1990), the CMA Djakarta (1999), the Ever Decent (1999), Team Philips racing catamaran (2000). the Hanjin Pennsylvania (2002), the Bouchard Barge (2003) and the Bow Mariner (2004).

Materials or mechanical failures, for example, the Ramsgate Walkway (1994), New Severn Bridge (1994), Avonmouth Bridge (1999) and various crane collapses, including Canary Wharf (2000), Battersea (2006) and Croydon (2007).

Major railway incidents, including Southall (1997), Ladbroke Grove (1999), Hatfield (2000), Selby (2001) and Ely (2007).

Aviation incidents, including Air India (1985), Lockerbie (1988), TWA 800 (1996) and Swissair 111 (1998).
