Service Levels

We are committed to providing our clients with timely, authoritative advice in accordance with our published code of service.  However, we are pleased to arrange more specialised service levels where this is appropriate. In addition, it is often desirable to specify the scope and cost of an investigation at its outset. We are always willing to discuss this. For example, clients frequently ask us to conduct a screening investigation and advise on the likelihood of reaching a substantive conclusion by completing a more detailed investigation.
