Burgoynes continues to operate during this challenging time, and we remain able to offer our full range of services to clients. Our investigators are ready to support our clients by visiting sites in full compliance with government requirements and following our own rigorous safety precautions to ensure that essential evidence is not lost and to enable claims to be moved forward. We use appropriate PPE and we continue to follow strict social distancing protocols and risk assessment procedures to safeguard the health of our staff, our clients, their policyholders and all others that we may meet during the course of our investigations. Our protocols and assessment procedures are reviewed on a regular basis.
In accordance with advice published by the UK Government most staff continue to work from home, with the offices and laboratories being Covid-secure and accessible for essential tasks. Our IT infrastructure enables all staff and investigators to be contacted in the normal way: by mobile telephone, by landline connections, and by email, allowing us to provide the same level of service to our clients. We ask, where possible, that emails are sent in preference to post, as this will enable us to deal with your correspondence promptly.
