In recent months, Burgoynes has investigated several fires involving containerised cargoes of charcoal.  Jim Mercurio, an associate at our Dubai office, has written an article on this topic.

The charcoal cargoes were in the form of circular tablets, which are commonly used with hookahs or so-called “water pipes” to heat tobacco, and can also be used with incense burners.  To continue reading, please click here or the image below:
